Regional Leasing Development Agent (Southern and Northern Regions):
The Regional Leasing Development Agent (LA) will be responsible for working a specific geographical territory, usually multiple states, to obtain new billboard locations in desirable locations. Daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) talking and meeting with landowners, prospecting, creating, and coordinating long term lease execution, maintaining and actively engaging prospects. This job requires someone who is diligent, personable, persistent, and has sales experience with good closing skills. This position will have extensive travel requirements. This position has a base salary plus unlimited commission earning potential. All travel expenses are paid by the company.
We currently have two positions available, one in our Southern Region and one in our Northern Region.
Assistant Operations Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support various aspects of our operations, including pre-construction planning, contractor management, and landowner relations. Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-construction Support: Assist with digital services, vegetation management, and prep work before billboard construction. Coordinate with electrical contractors and survey sites.
- Landowner Relations: Maintain communication with landowners, address concerns, and ensure site access prior to billboard erection.
- Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and manage insurance. Support on-site construction and post-build quality checks.
- Operations & Maintenance: Assist with repairs, digital timelines, and ensuring billboards remain clear of vegetation after construction.
